Microsoft License Terms

    1. Microsoft License cancellations, reductions, or modifications are permitted only within six (6) calendar days from the provisioning date. After this period, subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable until the renewal date.
    2. Subscription commitments commence on the date licenses are provisioned in the Customer’s Microsoft tenant.
    3. Acceptance of the Microsoft Customer Agreement is mandatory for provisioning.
    4. Licenses quantities can be increased at any time during the subscription period.
    5. The Customer agrees to comply with Microsoft product usage rights and applicable laws.
    6. Governing Law shall be the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the Partner is incorporated.

    1. Annual - Annual
    2. Subscription term: 365 Days - upfront billing for the year, one year commitment period
